How do I return an item?

Return Policy

-Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling fee).

-Items received in broken or defective condition are eligible for full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Orders received in broken or defective condition must be reported to Western Stage Props immediately upon receipt.

-Items returned in less-than original condition are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Such items may be eligible for a partial refund, or may not be eligible for a refund at all.

-Special orders and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

-Before making a return, we ask that you call or email us to receive an RMA number. This will help us process your return more quickly. If ever you are having trouble with your purchase, feel free to give us a call or email. Often times, we are able to help our customers fix whatever problems they are having.
